BUILDARCHO BUILTEC LLP is based over in Thiruvali, specifically at Kottola in Room No. 3/107. The building is called Gazal, and it is where we keep all our records and basic equipment. Our setup is small, just enough space to keep the tools and the blueprints in order without getting them ruined by the damp. We spend a lot more of our time out on the various sites around Malappuram rather than sitting behind a desk in the office. That is just the way this kind of work goes for us. If you come looking for us at the office, you might find one of us sorting through some invoices or chatting with a supplier about a late delivery of sand or bricks. We started this business because we liked working with our hands and seeing a project come together from a pile of raw materials. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on us in the afternoons, but it is what we know how to do. We do not have any big marketing team or social media experts to tell our story. Word usually gets around the neighborhood once we finish a project and people see how it turned out. That is how we get most of our new jobs around here. We try to be fair with everyone and just get the building finished as soon as we can. Sometimes there are delays with the cement or the rain puts us behind, but we always try to make things right.
