We have set up shop in Nirmal Arcade, right on the Mini Bypass in Eranhipaalam. If you know the area, it is a pretty easy place to find. We are in the 673006 zip code area of Kozhikode. Our daily routine is mostly about paperwork and helping people with their small savings. We are not a big flashy company. We just have an office with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. The traffic on the bypass can be a bit much sometimes, but inside it is just us working on the accounts. We do not have a bunch of marketing people telling us what to say. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because they usually are. We handle things like gold loans and recurring deposits, the usual stuff for a Nidhi. It gets busy during the middle of the month when everyone comes in. We try to keep the books tidy, but sometimes there are stacks of forms everywhere. That is just part of the job. We have been here in Eranhipaalam for a while now. Most people who come in have been coming for years. We know their names and they know ours. It is a comfortable way to work. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just do what needs to be done and go home at the end of the day.
