We are set up in PMK Tower, which is right on the Melattur Road in Pandikkad. Our unit is Building No: 397/16. Being on the main road makes it easy for the crews to find us. Pandikkad is a busy area, and there's always something going on outside the window, from trucks passing by to local markets. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks and the usual paperwork piled up in corners. Contracting is a messy business, so the office usually reflects that with muddy boots near the door and dust on the shelves. We don’t spend a lot of time making things look pretty for visitors. We’d rather spend that time making sure the jobs are actually moving forward and the materials are arriving on time. The PMK Tower is a well-known landmark around here, so we don't have to give directions too often. Most of the guys on the team are from around Pandikkad or the nearby villages. We know the roads and the suppliers in the area quite well. It helps when we need to get things moved quickly. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a practical location for a contracting firm. We handle the scheduling, the payroll, and the vendor calls from this room. It's not a large space, but we make it work for us. We stay busy with various jobs throughout the week, often working late into the evening to get things done.
