Vaniyambalam is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside. We use the space to plan out our development projects. It’s a fairly basic office with some old wooden desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been in the Kanniyan Building for some time now. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. We aren't big on fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. We just need our pens, paper, and a place to talk. The office in the Kanniyan Building can get a bit warm in the afternoon when the sun is hitting the windows. We usually keep the curtains half-closed to stay cool. There’s a lot of noise from the street below—honking cars and people calling out—but it’s just the sound of Vaniyambalam. We have a small fridge in the corner for cold water, which is a lifesaver. Our desks are covered in notebooks and printouts. It’s not very tidy, but we know where the important stuff is. We’ve been part of the Nilambur community for a while now.
