Az Supermarket

We set up Az Supermarket at number 58 in Naduvattam. Edappal is a busy enough place, and we thought having a proper store here would be good for everyone living nearby. We carry all sorts of things, from groceries to household cleaners and soap. It’s a lot of work keeping the shelves stocked and making sure nothing goes past its date on the shelf. I’m usually there from early morning until late at night when we finally lock up. We have a few local kids helping out with the registers and bagging the items. It’s not like those giant malls you see in the cities. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the aisles might be a little narrow for two people to pass, but we have what you need. Customers come in and chat about their day while they shop for their dinner. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weekends, it can get a bit messy with everyone rushing. That’s just life in a supermarket. We don’t do big fancy promotions or anything. We just try to have fair prices so people keep coming back to us. The light in the back room is always flickering, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s a real place run by real people. We just want to be the spot where you can grab your milk and rice without any fuss or trouble.
