We run our operations from Padiyath House, house number 9/155A. It’s located in Paravannur, which is part of the Kalpakenchery area in Malappuram. Most of us here have lived in Kerala all our lives. We do development work, which basically means we spend a lot of time coordinating between different construction crews and landowners. Our office isn't anything fancy, it’s just a room where we keep our files and maps. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at once. We like being in Malappuram because there is always something being built. The hills around here make the work interesting, even if it makes the foundations a bit more difficult to plan. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group that knows how to get things done without making a big fuss. You won't find us using a lot of technical jargon. We prefer to just talk plainly about what needs to happen. Often, we are out on the roads checking on progress, so the office can be quiet during the middle of the day. If you come by, you’ll likely see the neighbors or some local traffic. It’s a very normal, local setup. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do right by the people we work with. It's simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
