Arogya Hospital

Our place, Arogya Hospital, is situated on Mannampatta Road in the Sreekrishnapuram area of Palakkad. It is a bit of a local spot and the address actually lists Mannampatta Road twice because that is really the main way to get here. Sreekrishnapuram has its own pace, and things don’t move as fast as they do in the big cities, which we actually quite like. The road outside can be quiet at times and then get a bit busier when the school hours or work shifts change. We are just a local hospital trying to be there for the people in this part of Palakkad. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary; it fits right in with the other structures along Mannampatta Road. Inside, the rooms are simple and we don’t go in for any of that high-end corporate decor. We just focus on the daily routines and seeing the people who come in from the village and nearby areas. You might hear the birds or the occasional tractor passing by while you are here. It’s a very local feel, and most of the staff have been around the area for a long time. We don’t use complicated systems or big marketing slogans, we just open the doors every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing. It is a basic, honest setup for the community in Sreekrishnapuram.
