We’ve been running Arafa Hospital as a private entity for some time. It’s a big building that sticks out on the road. We deal with a lot of patients coming in from the surrounding villages and the town itself. The atmosphere is usually busy, especially in the outpatient area. We have different floors for different needs, but it all stays pretty grounded. We aren't trying to be some high-tech city hospital; we just provide what’s needed for the people in Changaramkulam. The doctors and nurses are usually running around quite a bit. It’s a practical place. We focus on getting through the daily list of appointments and walk-ins.
