Adonaiforyou Builders (Opc) Privatelimited is mostly just me and a few helpers working out of Puthen Veedu. My office is basically my home in Kunnathukal, specifically House No.122, Chinchu Bhavan in Plavila. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a very personal business. I don't have a big corporate headquarters or a fleet of branded trucks. I just use what I have to get the building work done. Most days, I’m either at the house at Kottackal P.O. sorting out the plans or I’m out at a small site nearby. People know me by name around here, which is how I like it. I don't have a lot of money to spend on advertisements, so I just rely on doing a decent job and hoping people tell their neighbors. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, handling the books, the building, and the customers all at once. My desk is usually covered in receipts and half-finished sketches. It’s not the most organized looking place, but I know where my tools are. I try to be honest about what can be done and how much it will cost. I don't use any fancy language or big promises. If I say I’ll be there on Tuesday, I try my best to show up. It’s just me trying to make a living and building things for people in the community. It’s simple, hard work, but it’s what I know.
