Abreco Developers Private Limited is situated at 5/492-D in Narippatta, Nilambur. It is a straightforward setup we have here. We focus on development projects and that keeps us pretty tied up from Monday to Saturday. Nilambur is a nice area, and our office is right in the middle of things there. We don't have a lot of staff, just a core group that handles the paperwork and the planning. A lot of our time is spent out of the office, looking at land or checking on how a project is coming along. When we are inside, it’s mostly just making sure the legal stuff and the drawings are correct. We’ve been working out of Narippatta for a while now and most of the locals know where we are. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building where we can get our work done without too much distraction. Development work can be slow sometimes because of all the permits and regulations, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us in this part of Kerala.
