We are based out of Mullamadakkal House in Velimukku, right near the post office in Chelari. It’s a quiet part of Malappuram, and that’s where most of our day-to-day work happens for Ability Developers. We started this because there was a lot of building work to be done around here. People know us in the neighborhood, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. You can usually find someone in the office at 03/271 most mornings before the sun gets too hot. Kerala weather can be really tricky for building stuff, but we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know how to manage the rain. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we look at plans and talk to people about their projects. Most of the guys working with us are from around Malappuram too. We handle a mix of things depending on what people need. Sometimes it’s just small additions, other times it is a whole new setup. We don't spend much time on the computer or making flashy ads. We just focus on getting the jobs finished so we can move to the next one. If you are around the Velimukku area, you’ve probably seen us or our trucks moving about. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we like being part of the local scene here in Kerala. It’s a lot of hard work but it keeps us busy every single day.
