A Parma India

A Parma India is tucked away in Nellikuth, over in the Pandikkadu area of Malappuram. It is a green part of the country, and we like being situated here. The business is pretty straightforward. We don't have a lot of layers of management. If something needs to be done, one of us just goes and does it. The building we use is functional and sits right on the local route. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to the main town. Most of our work involves managing the stock and making sure everything is in order for the day's tasks. It can be a bit humid, which makes the physical work a little harder, but that is normal for Malappuram. We aren't looking to be the biggest name out there. We just want to do our jobs well enough that we can keep coming back tomorrow. Sometimes we have issues with the internet or the phones, but we make do. It is a human way of running a business, I think. We talk to our neighbors and help each other out when the need arises. There is no big corporate strategy here. We just look at what is in front of us and get to work. It is a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the basics of what we do. We try to be fair and honest.
