We are 3 Star Biulders & Developers Pvt Ltd, and you can find us on the 1st floor of the P. T. M. Complex on Wandoor Road. We are right across from the Federal ATM in Pandikkad. Being in the building trade means our office is often full of site plans and permit papers. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials show up on time. Malappuram is a place where people value hard work, and we try to keep up with that. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our real work happens out on the building sites, but this office in Pandikkad is where we meet to figure everything out. It can get a bit loud with all the talking and the noise from the road outside. We aren't polished business people. We are more comfortable in boots than in formal shoes. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork and have to redo it, but we make sure the actual building part is done right. People stop by the complex to ask about land or house construction. We just give them the facts. We don't try to upsell anyone. If a project is too big for us, we say so. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people know they can find us here if they need to talk about a project or just check on how things are going.
