Ram Nath Industries

Ram Nath Industries is situated in Majali, which is in the Uttar Kannada District. It’s a beautiful area, quite different from the big cities. We have been here for some time now. The work we do is pretty straightforward. Majali is a place where everyone knows their neighbor. I like the pace of life here. It isn’t as rushed as other places. We have a small team. Ram Nath Industries is more like a family than a big company. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. Sometimes the weather gets very rainy, being in coastal Karnataka, and everything slows down a bit. We just wait for it to clear and get back to it. The building is simple and serves its purpose. I usually walk around the site to make sure everything is okay. There is no big sign or flashing lights. Just a regular gate. We don't spend money on fancy things. It's about getting the work done right. The sea isn't too far away, and you can sometimes feel the breeze. Most of the workers come from the local villages nearby. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s a quiet life but we are productive. People in Uttar Kannada are hardworking and we try to be the same way at our place. I usually stay until the sun starts to go down. The air smells like the ocean some days.
