Priyanshu Developers Private Limited is based out of Lakhanmau in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. We are located at Om Prakash Shakya’s place. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, but there is always plenty of work to do. We handle development projects around this part of Mainpuri. It’s mostly about finding the right land and getting things started. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It's more of a family-run feel where everyone chips in. The roads around here can be a bit rough, which makes getting materials to the sites a challenge sometimes. We just use what we have and make it work. Most of our days are spent talking to local laborers and checking on the progress of various walls and foundations. It’s dusty work and you’re always outside in the sun. We don’t use any polished language because that’s not who we are. We are just people from Mainpuri trying to build something lasting. Some projects take longer than others, and sometimes the budget gets tight, but that is the nature of the business. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. We’re just one part of that change. If you stop by Lakhanmau, you’ll probably find us working on something or other. It’s just what we do every day.
