Spanco

We spend most of our time here at Yashoda Bhawan in Kharagjeet Nagar. It is a pretty easy spot to find because we are right near Kamla Talkies. If you hear the crowds from the cinema on a busy Friday night, you know you are close to our door. Our office at Spanco isn't anything you would see in a fancy magazine. It is just a practical space with some wooden desks, a couple of filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Most mornings start with someone trying to fix the old ceiling fan that clicks way too loud. We have been in this part of town for a good while now. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. Usually, it is just the few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. We sit here, answer the phones, and get through the paperwork. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really noisy, especially when a popular movie lets out nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a fancy coffee machine. We just use the simple electric kettle in the corner. It is a basic setup for a basic business. We focus on getting things done without making a big fuss about it. We are just regular people working a regular job. That is the whole story.
