Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited Ariyalur Tamil Nadu

This is a bit of a unique setup because we are operating out of House No. 2040 in Awadh Nagar Colony. It is actually the house of Sri Moti Lal Gupta, who is an advocate here in Mainpuri. Even though the company name is Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited Ariyalur Tamil Nadu, this is where we handle things for this part of the country. It is a quiet residential street, so it doesn't feel like a typical business office at all. You have to look for the Gupta C/O sign to know you are in the right place. We work from a couple of rooms that have been converted into workspace. It is quite peaceful compared to a big city office, although we do get the occasional noise from the neighbors or kids playing in the colony. We manage a lot of the paperwork and communication between the southern operations and the local requirements here. The commute is just a few steps for some of us. Sometimes it feels a bit strange handling industrial cement business from a family home area, but it works for us. We have our files, a couple of computers, and plenty of space to store records. Most people who come by are local contacts who have known the Gupta family for years. It is a very personal way to do business, without any of that cold corporate feeling you get in the big industrial parks.
