Kar Trading

Kar Trading is a small business sitting right on the Main Road in Ramjivanpur. This part of West Mednapur is where we’ve always been. Being on the Main Road means we see a lot of the local traffic and people passing through every day. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big city stores you see in magazines. We keep a variety of stock depending on what people in the district are looking for at the time. The building itself is modest. Most of our days are spent talking to locals and making sure we have what they need in the back. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open and keep working. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We’ve known some of our customers for decades. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate office. We handle our trading activities with a focus on being fair and getting things done without a lot of talking. West Mednapur is a quiet district, and we like the pace here. If you are driving down the Main Road, you can't really miss us. We’ve stayed in the same spot because it works for us and it works for the people living nearby. It’s just how we do things. Sometimes the shipments are late, but we manage to keep the shelves mostly full for the village folks. We stay open until the sun goes down.
