Our shop is right across from the Rahul service station at the main bus stand in Kund. If you know the bus stand, you know it is a very hectic place. There are always people running for buses, drivers shouting, and the constant smell of diesel and dust. We have been in this spot for quite some time, and it is a very busy corner to be on. The shop itself is a bit small and we have things stacked all the way to the ceiling. We sell many different items, mostly whatever the local people or travelers might need in a hurry. Because we are near the service station, there is also the sound of tires being changed and engines revving all day long. We open the doors very early to catch the people on the first buses and we don't close until late. It gets a bit dusty inside with all the traffic outside, so we are always wiping things down. We don't have a big team or fancy displays. It is just us behind the counter helping customers. Sometimes it gets so crowded in the shop that people have to wait outside on the pavement. We know the regular drivers and the people who work at the other stalls nearby. It is a loud and busy way to spend the day, but we like the energy of the bus stand. We just keep the shelves full and keep the business running as best as we can.
