Our place is at Plot No 8-1-207/322/P in the Lalbahadur Nagar Colony, over in the Mailardevpally area. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. We do a lot of small-scale production here. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people wearing work boots and stained shirts because we’re actually making things. We have a few machines that have been with us since we started, and they still run fine if you know how to treat them. The colony is full of other small units like ours, so we all kind of know each other. If we run out of a certain tool, we might go next door to borrow one. It’s a practical way to work. We don't spend money on fancy signage or a waiting room. If you come to see us, you’re probably going to stand in the middle of the shop floor. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the parts we produce are what was asked for. It’s not always a clean environment, but it’s productive. We deal with suppliers and transport guys all day long. Mailardevpally is a busy hub for this kind of work, and we’ve found our spot here among the other workshops. It’s just daily grit and getting the orders out on time. We usually have a small tea break at four to keep everyone going.
