You’ll find us in Mankahari Village, which is part of the Rampur Baghelan Taluk in Satna district. It’s a major hub for us, and the scale of things here is quite big. Even though it's a village setting, there's a lot of industrial activity. The road leading up to our place is often busy with heavy vehicles and dust. We deal with a lot of movement every day. The morning starts with the sun coming up over the fields, and then the noise of the plant and the trucks takes over. It’s a lot of coordination between the different departments here. We have folks from the surrounding villages working with us, so it feels like a local effort. The dust is a constant companion, but that’s just part of the cement business. We spend our time checking the loads and making sure the bags are stacked correctly for transport. It’s not just about the product; it’s about the people who make it happen every day. We take our tea breaks under the shade when we can get a moment. The heat in Satna can be something else in May and June. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the cement is ready and the trucks are on their way. It’s a repetitive job, but it’s important for all the construction happening around the state.
