Shree Saanwal Ram Jan Seva Foundation

Shree Saanwal Ram Jan Seva Foundation is located at House No 156 in Village Mirzapur. Our mailing address goes through the Post Office in Bachhod. Being in a village, our office is just a part of a family home. It’s a very traditional setup with thick walls and small windows that keep the heat out in the summer. We don’t have a fancy board or a reception desk. Usually, someone is just sitting on a string bed or a wooden chair in the courtyard talking to whoever drops by. Mirzapur is a small place, so everyone knows where House 156 is. We don’t really have formal office hours. If the lights are on, someone is usually there to talk. We use one of the inner rooms to keep our records and a single computer that we all share. It’s a bit slow sometimes, especially when the power is inconsistent, but we’ve learned to be patient. We do a lot of our work out in the open air when the weather allows. It’s a very different vibe from the city foundations. We are deeply rooted in this village and the surrounding area near Bachhod. Our space is filled with the everyday sounds of village life, from tractors to birds. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate. We are just local people using our own home to try and do something useful for the community. It’s simple, honest, and it’s just how we live.
