Muskan Stone Industry

Muskan Stone Industry is situated on the NH 76 Road, right near the State Bank of India in Mahoba. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing traffic. We are in the Hamirpur tehsil area, and it’s a very practical place to have a stone business. We spend most of our time outside or in the open sheds where the stone is kept. It’s heavy work, and you need to be careful with your feet and hands. The bank nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a fancy office; it’s mostly just a desk with a lot of papers and some samples of rock. The sun can be really brutal out here on the road, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to wait for someone from the city to come fix them. That’s just part of the business. We don't make any big promises, we just show you the stone we have and tell you the price. It’s a simple way of working. Most of our workers live nearby, and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. It’s not an easy job, but it’s what keeps the lights on. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time.
