About Amul Glass – Industrial Plant & Machines in Mahoba
We've been here near the Municipality Office in Naikanapura for quite a while now. It’s just a small shop where we deal with glass all day. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, and we’re always cleaning the display. People come in looking for window panes or mirrors, and we just try to get the measurements right so they don't have to come back twice. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. My brother and I usually handle the cutting ourselves. You can hear the sound of the glass cutter from the sidewalk most mornings. We chose this spot because it's central, and everyone knows the municipality building anyway. Sometimes it gets crowded when the market is on, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put. Most of our tools are old, but they work fine for what we need. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us leaning against the counter or moving a large sheet of clear glass carefully. We don't have a big team, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff without breaking it. It’s a lot of manual labor and you have to be careful with your fingers. We just do the job and go home like anyone else. There’s no big secret to it, just showing up every morning and opening the shutters.
