Gna Dura Parts

Gna Dura Parts is located in Badia Kalan, right near the Hindu Gurdwara in Mahilpur. It’s a quiet enough area until the machines start running in the morning. We handle parts for various machines and vehicles. The shop floor is always busy with something or other. I started working here because it was close to home and I liked working with my hands. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from around Mahilpur. It’s not a big city operation. We know who is coming by just by the sound of their scooter engine. The Gurdwara nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. Inside, we have piles of metal and components stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we usually get there in the end. The air smells like oil and cold steel. It’s a smell you get used to after working here for a week. My hands are rarely clean during the day. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have our names and our location here in Badia Kalan. It’s honest work that keeps us going. When the sun starts to set, we lock up the gates and head home like everyone else. It’s a steady life and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. People know they can find us here if they need a specific part.
