A R K Polymers is located out in Maheshwaram at Imamguda. We are at H No:8-5, working out of Sy No:34 35 in Sri Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Hyderabad city, which is actually good for a place like ours. We work with plastics and polymers, so there’s usually the smell of heat and raw materials in the air around the shop. The machines we use are pretty big and they run for most of the day and sometimes late. It gets quite warm inside the unit, especially during the summer months when the sun is hitting the roof. We have a small group of workers who handle the production and the packing of the parts. It’s a lot of repetitive work, watching the molds and making sure the plastic sets right without any bubbles. We get trucks coming in to pick up the finished goods to take them to the city or other states for use. The area around Tukkuguda is developing fast with new warehouses and units popping up everywhere lately. We’ve been here since before it got this busy. It’s a practical business. We focus on making the items and getting them out the door to our customers. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us in our work gear, probably moving pallets or checking the raw material stock. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know.
