Virchand Fulchand & Bros

Our family business, Virchand Fulchand & Bros, operates out of Vf House. We are right opposite the Ashray Hotel on Prashant Road. It’s a central spot and people usually recognize the building because of the name on the front. Being across from the hotel means there’s always something happening outside. We see travelers coming and going, and the road stays busy until late at night. Prashant Road is one of those streets that always feels alive. Inside Vf House, things are a bit more traditional. It’s a family-run place, so there’s a lot of history in these walls. We have old wooden desks and filing cabinets that have been here for decades. It’s not a modern corporate office with glass walls; it’s more comfortable and lived-in. We handle various things throughout the day, mostly just keeping the business running like our fathers did before us. We have a small staff who have been with us for a long time, so it feels more like a house than a workplace. We usually have lunch together in the back. The windows stay open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in some of the noise from the hotel side. It’s just how we like it. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years and don't see any reason to change.
