Shanti Construction

Shanti Construction is over at 10 Devarshi Bunglows-1, right across from the Dharoi Colony here in Visnagar. It’s a Gujarat-based setup, and we’ve been operating from this house-turned-office for quite a bit. It’s not a corporate park; it’s just a regular bungalow where we keep our blueprints and site files. You can usually find a few of us sitting around the main table talking about the current builds or checking on supplies. Visnagar is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't really do much advertising. We just do the work and word gets around. The office stays pretty busy with people coming in and out, mostly staff or guys from the sites. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the papers and samples lying around. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and someone will help you out if they aren't on a call. Being near Dharoi Colony makes it easy for people to find us. We just try to get the builds finished and handle the paperwork the way it needs to be. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community here in Gujarat. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, just day-to-day construction business. Most of our guys have been with us for years and we like keeping it that way.
