Shah Alloy Ltd (Amb'D)

Our place is out in Bajipura, which is part of the Visnagar area in Mehsana. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here. We deal with alloys, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking about metal and how it’s made. The factory environment is what it is—loud, busy, and always moving. We don't have a fancy front desk with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us wearing work clothes and trying to figure out a schedule. It can get pretty hot in this part of Gujarat, especially in the summer, but we just get on with it. There’s always a truck coming or going, and the paperwork never seems to end. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We don’t see the point in making things sound better than they are. The local people around Bajipura know us, and we try to be good neighbors. It’s a practical business. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned that the best way to work is just to stay focused on the task at hand. Sometimes things break or shipments are late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s our life.
