Shethiya Garments

Shethiya Garments is based out of the village of Rampura, specifically the Kansa area near Visnagar. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay quite busy with our work here. We deal with clothes and different types of garments. Most of what we do involves handling fabrics and checking the stitching on things. The shop is a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know many of the families who live around here. It’s nice being in a village because everyone knows where you are. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a few people helping out when there’s a lot of work to do. Sometimes the power goes out, or the weather makes it hard to get deliveries, but we just deal with it. We spend our days sorting through stock, talking to people who drop by, and making sure the clothes are ready for whoever needs them. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We take pride in just staying open and being a reliable part of the village. If you’re ever near Visnagar and head towards Rampura, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re just regular people making a living with what we know best, which is garments. It gets dusty, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the counters, but it's a good way to spend the day.
