R R Play School

Our play school is located in Unjha, right on the Main Road. It’s very easy to spot because we are near the State Bank of India. Being on the main road means it’s always busy outside, so we make sure to keep the front gate locked at all times. It is a small place, mostly just a few rooms decorated with some colorful drawings and some plastic toys for the kids. Since it’s a play school, things can get pretty loud and messy. We have some mats on the floor where the little ones sit for their stories. Most of the children who come here are very young, so there’s a lot of crying in the mornings when their parents drop them off. We have a couple of local women who help us look after them and keep the place as clean as possible. It isn't a very formal setup. We don't have a big website or a social media person. Parents usually just stop by because they saw our sign while going to the bank or the market. We tell them what we do and what the fees are, and that’s about it. We have a few small slides in the back area, but it’s a tight space. We just try to give the kids a safe place to stay while their parents are busy working during the day. It’s hard work but we are used to the routine.
