Navpad Pigments Pvt Ltd (Group Of Mahavir)

We are located out at 11961/1/B in the Village Rajpurdecomica Compound. It’s on Gumsan Patia Road in Tal Kadi. Being part of the Group Of Mahavir, we keep busy with all the pigment work we do at Navpad Pigments Pvt Ltd. The location is a bit out of the way, which means it’s quieter than the city but there’s still plenty of activity inside the compound. The road out here isn't always the smoothest, especially after the monsoon, but the trucks manage just fine. We have a decent-sized yard for loading and unloading. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages. It’s a tight-knit group. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have production schedules and safety signs. The work is physical and can be messy with all the powders we use. We try to keep the dust down, but it’s an uphill battle. We usually eat lunch together in the break area, just talking about local stuff or what’s happening at home. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We make pigments, we pack them, and we ship them. It’s straightforward. If there’s a problem with a batch, we fix it. We don't overthink things. It’s just a regular workplace where people work hard and try to get home on time. It is what it is, and we just keep the machines running the best we can every day.
