Naivedam Food Product

Naivedam Food Product is over here at Plot No 202 in the Parihar Apartment. It’s right near Ramling Society on Vijapur Road. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most days it’s just us figuring out the next batch of what we’re making. The apartment setting makes it feel different than a big factory. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to see what’s cooking. It gets busy in the mornings when we’re getting things ready for the day. We don’t have a fancy office or anything, just the space where we work and the tables where everything happens. You can hear the traffic from Vijapur Road all day long. It’s a bit noisy but we got used to it. The staff here are mostly local people who live nearby. We share tea in the afternoons when things quiet down a little. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the food products out on time. There isn't any big secret to it, just staying on top of the orders and making sure the quality doesn't slip because we’re tired. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. But mostly we just keep the machines running and the floors clean. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and packing stuff into boxes. By the time evening rolls around, we’re all pretty beat, but the work is steady and it keeps us going.
