Maruti Treding Pvt. Ltd.

Unjha is a place where everyone is buying or selling something, and Maruti Treding Pvt. Ltd. is right in the thick of it. We are up here in Gujarat and the air is usually dry and dusty. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at bags of stuff that come through. Trading is mostly about knowing who has what and where it needs to go. We do not have a big factory, just a place to keep things and an office where we keep the books. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside until it comes back on. It is a simple way of doing things. We have been in Unjha for a bit and we know most of the people on our street. My cousin helps out with the ledger and we have a couple of guys who handle the heavy lifting when the trucks arrive. It is not a quiet job. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy trading town like this, there is always a bit of a mess. We deal with whatever comes our way. Some days are slow and we just drink tea, and other days we do not even have time to eat lunch. That is just how trading works out here in this part of India.
