Mangalam Alloys Ltd.

We are based in Kansarakui, which is a small place in the Visnagar Taluka of Mehsana district in Gujarat. Our work involves processing and dealing with different types of alloys. It’s an industrial setup but located in a more rural part of the state, so it’s a bit quieter than being in a big city like Ahmedabad. We have a lot of heavy machinery here, and the furnaces can make the place very hot, especially during the peak of summer. Most of our staff comes from the local villages nearby, so it feels like a very local operation. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or fancy titles. We just show up and get the work done. The yard is usually busy with trucks coming in and out to deliver raw materials or pick up the finished alloys. We keep our records in simple ledgers and don't really use much in the way of high-tech software. Our focus is just on making sure the metal we produce is right. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend all day getting them back on track, but that’s just part of the routine. We don’t do any big advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know where we are if they need us. It’s a decent way to make a living, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time.
