If you go behind the Ayodhya Dham Society in the Nani Kadi part of Mahesana, you’ll find us at Raghukul Bunglow number one. It’s more of a residential-looking place than a big bank building, which usually makes people feel a bit more comfortable when they come in. We started this to help the rural development around here, mostly because people needed a place to put their savings where they knew the faces behind the desk. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main noise of the town. We spend a lot of our time going through ledgers and helping members with their small accounts. It’s not a complicated setup. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people need to sit and talk. Sometimes the weather gets really hot out here in Gujarat, so we’re glad for the shade the building provides. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state, just a reliable one for our neighbors. Most of the people who come to see us live just a few streets away or in the nearby villages. It’s nice to work in a place where you actually know the families you’re helping. We keep regular hours and try to stay organized, even when things get busy with local festivals or harvest times. It is just us doing our part for the local community in Mahesana.
