We’re based out of C-16, Tirupati Bangloes on Radhanpur Road. Mehsana is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Mostly, we spend our time driving between different sites and checking on construction. It’s a lot of talking to contractors and making sure the bricks are arriving on time. Our office isn't very large, just a place to keep the blueprints and have meetings. We don't do those high-pressure sales tactics you see in big cities. If someone wants a house, they come talk to us, and we show them what we’re building. We’ve lived in this part of Mehsana for years. The traffic on Radhanpur Road can be a headache, but it means people are moving here. Building houses is a slow process and there are always problems to solve, like a pipe leaking or a wall not being straight. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent places for people to live in 384002. Sometimes we’re at the office late finishing paperwork, but usually, we’re out on the dirt at a site. It’s a lot of dust and phone calls, but we like seeing the buildings go up. We just keep building and moving on to the next one when we are done. There is always a new project starting somewhere around the town.
