We’ve been here at 35 B Swapanshrushti Bunglows for a while now. Most people in Mehsana know where this area is, just tucked away in Gujarat 384002. It's a bank branch, nothing fancy. We spend our mornings opening the shutters and getting the systems ready for whoever walks through the door. Some days it’s crowded with people wanting to update passbooks or ask about their accounts, and other days it’s just us and the cooling fans. We handle the usual cash stuff and paperwork that comes with being Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. It’s mostly just a regular office where we try to get through the work without too many errors. People come in from the nearby houses, usually quite early before it gets too hot outside. We have a small team here. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the money side of things moving for the local folks. Sometimes the internet is slow or a printer acts up, which is just part of life here.
