Our office for Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd is located at 17, Gurukul Society in Mehsana, Gujarat. Mehsana is a solid, hardworking town, and being in Gurukul Society means we are in a quiet, established neighborhood. The office is a simple building, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a small porch out front where we sometimes sit for a minute to get some fresh air. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of shelves for our technical manuals and records. We deal with road construction machinery, so there’s always a lot of technical talk going on. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We don't have any marketing people or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. We just handle the logistics and the customer service for the equipment. The pace here in Mehsana is a bit slower than in Ahmedabad, which we actually quite like. It allows us to be more thorough with our work. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to catch up with each other. We don't use any corporate jargon or big words. We just speak plainly and try to be as helpful as possible to anyone who calls or stops by. It’s a very human way of running a business, and it’s worked for us for a long time now. We just do our bit every day.
