This particular location is sometimes confusing for people because the name on the documents says Kutchh, but we are actually physically located in Santhal village within the Mehasana district. Our main office is in the Motomadh area. It is a very rural setting, quite far away from the bright lights and noise of the big cities. We have a small, functional office here that handles the local operations for the region. Life in Santhal is very basic and follows the rhythm of the village. You wake up, see the cattle being moved along the road, and then head into the office to start the day. The space is simple, just a place to keep our records and meet with the local workers. We do not have any fancy equipment; we just make our own tea on a small stove in the corner. Most of the people working here are from Santhal or from the nearby towns like Mehasana. We spend as much time talking about the weather and the local crops as we do talking about the business. The building itself is an older style that stays relatively cool even when it is hot outside. It is a quiet place where you can actually get your work done without being interrupted by city noise. We do not get many visitors, so when someone new stops by, it is usually the talk of the afternoon. We just try to stay organized and do our jobs properly.
