We have been based at 27, Vasant Nagar Society for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away on Kansa Road in Visnagar, which is a busy part of the Mahesana district. It is a simple place with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that seem to get fuller every year. Most of our mornings start with someone making a pot of tea while we look over the schedules for the day. Being in Visnagar means we are close to our project sites, so people are always coming and going. The dust from the road sometimes finds its way inside if we leave the windows open too long, but we do not mind much. We know most of the neighbors in the society and usually stop to chat when we are heading out for lunch. There are no big signs or flashy lights here, just the name D.R. Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd. on the door. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy thinking done before the sun is too high. We do not go in for any corporate talk or big speeches. We just show up every day, handle the paperwork, and make sure the construction work is moving along as it should. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us for a long time. We just like to keep things simple and honest.
