Our place, Clarion Casein Private Ltd., is located right near Sardar Dairy Ltd. out in Pallavasana. It’s a bit of a landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us. Being close to the dairy makes sense for what we do. The area is usually busy with tankers coming and going, especially in the early mornings. We have a steady routine here. The morning starts with checking the equipment and seeing what needs to be processed. It is physical work and the air often smells like milk or processing, which you get used to after a day or two. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we fix it ourselves right there on the floor. It can be hot and humid depending on the weather, but we just keep going. We handle the casein production and keep an eye on things without making a big deal out of it. It’s just what we do. The office is small and mostly filled with ledgers and old files. We don’t have much use for fancy computers if the basic ones are working fine. We’ve been in Pallavasana for a while and plan to stay. It’s a quiet life in a way, just sticking to the schedule and making sure everything is handled properly before we head home for the evening. We just do the work.
