You can find Brk Packwell Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No: 172 in the GIDC area of Ranasan. We are out in the Vijapur taluka, which is part of the Mehsana district here in Gujarat. Being in a GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of noise. Our main thing is packaging. We have a lot of space for the materials and the machines that do the folding and sealing. It’s a big plot, which is good because we need the room for all the stock. Most of our days are spent watching the assembly lines and making sure the boxes or wraps are coming out right. It’s a lot of repetitive motion, but it has to be done carefully. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Ranasan change quite a bit. The weather here in Gujarat can get really hot, so the warehouse can be a bit of a sweatbox in the summer. We just drink plenty of water and keep the fans going. It’s a blue-collar kind of place. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come to the gate, you’ll see trucks loading up most of the time. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the count is right before anything leaves the plot. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon with a wrench in hand.
