It has been a busy month here at Shree Raj Chambers in Mehsana. Being near Gor Na Kuva means there is always something going on right outside our window. We mostly spend our time helping folks figure out where they want to go for their holidays. It is not just about the big cities; sometimes people want to go somewhere quiet. We have our small office at unit eleven, and it is usually filled with maps or just stacks of brochures that people like to look through. We do not really do fancy ads or anything like that. Most people find us because a neighbor told them we helped them out before. We sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what they need for their trip. Sometimes they have a strict budget, so we spend quite a bit of time looking for the right hotel or a cheaper bus fare. It is honest work. Sometimes the area gets flooded during the heavy rains, which makes it harder for people to reach the building, but we usually stay open unless the water gets really high. We have had some long conversations with folks about their dream trips to the mountains or the beach. It is nice to hear their stories while we work. The building itself is pretty well-known in this part of town. You walk in, see the familiar faces, and get your travel plans sorted without any big fuss.
