Bhagyalaxmi Industries

Bhagyalaxmi Industries is located right at Plot 05 in the G.I.D.C. area of Kukarwada. If you’ve ever been out this way near Ubkhal, you know it gets pretty dusty with all the industrial work going on. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It’s loud because of the machinery, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just make what we are supposed to and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. Sometimes a part breaks and we have to fix it ourselves because waiting for a technician takes too long. Our spot in Vijapur is convenient enough for the workers who live nearby. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always something that needs to be packed or loaded onto a truck. The office part of the building is small and mostly just for keeping track of invoices. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and the machines. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the rhythms of the factory. Some days are long, especially when we have a big batch to finish. It’s honest work and we do it the best way we can with the tools we have.
