Yap India Developers Private Limited is located over on Dholera Road in Narnaul. We operate out of Devesh Gupta’s place. It is a bit of a local operation here in the Mahendragarh district. We have been working on developing different projects around this area for a bit. It is not a big corporate setup with a lot of rules. Most of our meetings happen over tea and we spend a lot of time walking around the actual plots of land we are working on. Narnaul is a smaller town compared to some others in Haryana, but there is still plenty to do for us. Development work here involves a lot of talking to the neighbors and making sure we are not stepping on anyone’s toes. It is a slow process sometimes. The paperwork can be a real headache, and sometimes the local weather just does not want to play along with our work schedule. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the land and what we can actually do with it. Sometimes the road out to a site is rough, and our old jeep struggles with the mud, but we get there eventually. It is a simple business. We find land, we figure out what it needs, and we try to get it ready for whatever comes next. Being in Narnaul means we know the people and the land pretty well. We are just doing our part.
