TDT Copper Ltd.

TDT Copper Ltd. operates out of the Hsiidcgrowth Center in Bawal. We have a big space here, covering plots 179 to 186. Being in an industrial zone like Bawal means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of trucks. Our work is all about copper, which involves a lot of heat and heavy handling. It’s a tough environment, and the floor is always busy with people moving materials. We don't have a polished corporate office. Our desks are right near the action, so it’s never quiet. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the processing is on schedule. The drive out here can be long, but it’s where the work happens. We have a lot of workers who stay nearby and have been with us for a long time. They know the machines inside and out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just process copper and get it sent out to where it needs to go. It’s a very hands-on business. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend all night fixing them. That’s just part of the job. We eat at the local dhabas and just keep things simple. It’s hard work, but we’ve built something solid here over the years in Bawal. It's just a regular factory life.
