Suraj School Bawal

We are located in Sector-2 of Bawal, which is right near the NH-8 highway. You can hear the trucks and cars zooming by if you stand near the front fence. It’s a convenient spot for parents who are commuting, but it can get a bit congested during drop-off and pick-up times. The school itself is a sturdy building. We have a small garden area near the entrance that we try to keep green, though the sun is quite harsh in Rewari. The classrooms are filled with the usual stuff—desks, chairs, and cupboards full of old notebooks. We don't go in for anything too flashy here. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure the students understand their lessons. On Friday afternoons, things get a little more relaxed as everyone looks forward to the weekend. The staff room is small and usually smells like ginger tea because someone is always making a pot. We have a big gate that we lock during school hours for safety. Sometimes the bells for the periods don't ring exactly on time because the manual switch sticks, but we manage. It’s a local school for local people, and we like it that way. Most of the families around here have known us for years. It’s just a part of the neighborhood, sitting there near the highway, watching the world go by while we teach. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
