We are located in Narnaul, Haryana, specifically at House Number S-10 in the Canal Colony. It is a fairly quiet area, which is nice for the kind of work we do. Here at Solectron Ems India Ltd, we focus on electronic manufacturing services. Our setup in the Canal Colony is quite modest. It’s basically a converted house where we have set up our workstations. We have shelves lined with components and various tools scattered around. The environment is very different from a big industrial park. It feels more like a local workshop. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the massive traffic jams you see in the bigger cities. In the winter, it gets quite cold here, so we usually have a heater going while we work on the delicate parts. In the summer, it’s the opposite. We just keep our heads down and focus on the assembly tasks. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or a team of people to handle public relations. It’s just us. We take the orders, do the work, and send them out. Sometimes the deliveries take a bit longer to reach us because we are in Narnaul, but we plan around that. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't pretend to be anything more than a small, hard-working team doing our best with the electronics we handle every day. It works for us.
