Shakticanteen Store Private Limited

Shakticanteen Store Private Limited is at 185, Krishna Colony, right on the Narnaul Road. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by, but most of our regulars are from the colony itself. Running a canteen store is different from a regular shop. It is more about the staples and the things people need in a hurry. We spend a lot of time organizing the racks. The building is not new, and you can tell by the way the door creaks every time someone enters. We do not mind it much. It is just the sound of the day moving along. We try to keep the water cold and the snacks fresh. Narnaul Road can be dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the counters and the glass jars. It is not a fancy operation with a big marketing budget. We are just here at number 185, making sure the shelves do not stay empty for too long. Sometimes the ledger books get a bit confusing, and we have to spend the evening figuring out the numbers. It is a lot of standing on your feet and talking to people who are just stopping by on their way home. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to be open when people need us and have the basic stuff ready to go for the neighbors.
